Milestones is a non-profit agency that relies on grants and donations to run and support our program. As a non-profit corporation with federal tax exempt status, all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

*Milestones accepts horse donations. All horses are carefully screened for temperament and must pass a vet check before they can be accepted into the program.

Milestones offers two programs that allow you the opportunity to earn dollar rewards for our program through your daily spending. Your participation is easy and you do not pay any additional cost!

Kroger Shopper’s Card:

Is it time to re-link your Kroger Card to benefit Milestones?

In order for Milestones to continue to receive a portion of the money you spend on groceries as part of the Kroger Community Rewards Program, you need to re-link your Kroger Plus card to us each April.

If you have already registered your Kroger Plus Card Account

Go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com

Find our Organization and select – enter 87376

If you do not have a Kroger Plus card, they are available at any Kroger customer service desk.

If you have NOT already registered your Kroger Plus Card Account

Go to www.kroger.com and click on top right corner Create an Account

Enter your email address and create a password

Add your Kroger Plus Card account number (found on the back of the card)

Select Your Preferred Store by entering your preferred store zip code and selecting a store.

Click Create Account
